Sunset Park finally has a comedy club. Live stand-up comedy in the rear at L'Wren — working New York comedians, a real cocktail bar, and no train ride into Manhattan.
The Room
L'Wren has been pouring some of the best drinks on 5th Ave since 2018. We took the room in the back and turned it into a stand-up club.
No marquee. No barker on the sidewalk handing you a flyer. You walk into a bar, you walk past the bar, and there's a comedy show back there. That's the whole idea.
It's a small room, which is the point — close enough that the comics can hear you laugh, small enough that nobody's stuck behind a pillar.
